Leadership & Pipeline Development

Developing leaders capable of influencing systems, institutions, and communities.

The Foundation's goal is not simply to develop individual participants. The goal is to strengthen the leadership capacity that communities need to sustain progress over time. By investing in leaders across multiple stages of development and across multiple sectors, the Foundation seeks to increase the number of people prepared to influence systems, strengthen institutions, and create conditions where belonging, opportunity, and success become more predictable.

Leadership & Pipeline Development therefore serves as one of the primary ways the Foundation helps communities build the human capacity necessary for lasting systems change.
