Hey Everyone, I'm Xavier Foster!
Your friendly Empowerment Coach here at the foundation. So, picture this: I bring a whole mix of backgrounds to the table – engineering, cybersecurity, and education. Yep, I'm that guy!
I've been on this coaching journey with over 100 boys, and let me tell you, it's all about improving life outcomes and boosting mental wellness. We're talking valuable life skills like self-efficacy, the real game-changers.
Guess what? I'm the Sims-Fayola Foundation’s first Empowerment Coach in the Colorado Springs area. Super excited to keep shaping strong, productive young men right here. And you know what I'm into? All things sports! Whether it's on the field or cheering from the sidelines, count me in.
But here's the cool part – I'm not just about sports. I'm all about fostering ties with the local Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) community. Why? Because I want to get more boys, especially our Black boys, excited about STEM fields. Let's build those connections and spark some interest!
