Building Systems
Belonging for Boys and Young Men of Color

OUR NATIONAL IMPACT GOAL
The Sims-Fayola Foundation is committed to helping the United States fulfill its promise of equity for all by advancing systems, policies, and practices that create belonging and opportunity for boys and young men of color.
At the Sims-Fayola Foundation, boys and young men of color are at the center of everything we do. Grounded in the Sims Framework, a systems design approach rooted in Belief, Structure, Practice, Alignment, and Predictability, we build ecosystems where they experience belonging, affirmation, agency, and clear pathways to academic, social, and emotional success. Through direct service, policy and advocacy, and narrative change, we transform the conditions shaping their lives so they can thrive.
Who Are We?
