Empowering Young Men to Lead, Learn, and Thrive

The experiences of boys and young men of color are shaped every day by the adults, organizations, and institutions that surround them. The Sims-Fayola Foundation partners with educators, school leaders, nonprofit organizations, behavioral health professionals, and public agencies to strengthen the systems that influence those experiences. Every young person deserves opportunities to learn, lead, and thrive.

Through our proof-point initiatives, participants gain meaningful experiences that strengthen their futures while helping the Foundation generate practical knowledge that improves schools, organizations, and public systems.

Every participant contributes to building stronger systems for the next generation.
