Fayola Civic Leadership Fellowship
The Fayola Civic Leadership Fellowship was created to help prepare emerging leaders to engage more effectively in the civic and public systems that influence community outcomes. Too often, individuals who care deeply about their communities lack access to the relationships, knowledge, and experiences that help leaders navigate public systems and influence decision-making.
The fellowship provides participants with opportunities to deepen their understanding of civic leadership, public policy, systems change, and community engagement while building relationships with practitioners, policymakers, and community leaders. The goal is not simply to prepare participants for leadership positions. The goal is to prepare leaders who can help communities solve problems, strengthen institutions, and advance opportunities for future generations.
