CHAMPIONSHIP MINDSET: “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” – Albert Einstein
Hey there, I'm Baniaha Dailey!
Hi, I’m Baniaha Dailey—a licensed paramedic and youth development professional based in Denver. At the Sims-Fayola Foundation, I serve as Mentor & Volunteer Coordinator, Parent Liaison, and Empowerment Coach. My work spans student mentoring, family engagement, and systems design—all grounded in structure, clarity, and care.

Before joining the education space, I spent nearly a decade in emergency medical services. That experience shapes how I lead: I assess the environment, respond with intention, and stay calm under pressure. I approach my work with students the same way—never rushing, always observing, and focused on creating systems that support real growth.
Whether I’m running after-school sessions, guiding volunteers, or helping families access resources, my goal is to make the work feel steady, thoughtful, and aligned. I don’t chase recognition—I believe consistency, trust, and cultural relevance do more to change lives than titles ever could.

At Sims-Fayola, I’m honored to help build environments where young men of color can see themselves in their full brilliance—and know that the systems around them are designed with them in mind.
