Jason Murdock

Your go-to guy as the Director of Programs at the Sims-Fayola Foundation. I've got over 22 years in the education game, and before joining the Sims-Fayola team, I was doing my thing in the educational field.

Originally a Wichita, KS native, I've been a Denver, CO resident since 2015. Yep, that's me — a self-proclaimed lifelong athlete with a serious love for basketball and football. Played them both as a scholarship athlete in college, and the passion still runs deep.
But here's the real scoop on me: I'm a dedicated husband and father. My wife, Kim, and my kids — Quincy, Jason Jr, Kennadi, and Julius — they're my "why" in life. Family first, always!

Faith is a big deal for me. I'm all about God and spirituality, and that's been a significant part of my life journey. Oh, and did I mention I'm a die-hard fan of the Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets, and Wichita State Shockers basketball? Sports are life!
Outside of work, you'll find me getting my hands dirty building and fixing things. I'm into handyman projects, landscaping, and anything mechanical. It's my way of staying grounded and having some fun.

Working with the youth is my passion, and I see it as a blessing from above. I'll keep doing this until it's time for the big R-word — retire. Until then, let's keep making a difference in these young lives!
